Motivace a finanční ohodnocení členů JPO II

Abstract

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the motivation and financial evaluation of members of volunteer fire brigade units of municipalities, who are classified in the JPO II category. The first chapter assesses the current status of the issue and compares it with a typologically identical type of unit in the Slovak Republic. In the following chapters the individual types and categories of fire protection units are described with a focus on the units of the JPO II category and its members. One of the chapters is a description of the motivation and motivational factors of JPO II members, followed by chapters on the economic view of the issue. First, the thesis deals with the financing of JPO II units, sources of income and expenditure, and in the next chapter the rules and procedures for determining the salaries of individual members are detailed. The practical part of the bachelor thesis shows the results of structured interviews with JPO II commanders and the results of a questionnaire survey of JPO II members conducted to determine the motivation and financial evaluation of JPO II members.
