Využití metod optimalizace pro seřízení výrobku pomocí robotické paže

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je seřídit přední světlomet automobilu při jeho montáži. Úlohu řešíme pomocí minimalizace součtu vzdáleností předepsaných bodů. Odvodili a vyzkoušeli jsme základní i méně běžné line-search a trust-region metody. Důraz klademe rovněž na testování řešení a statistické zpracování naměřených hodnot. Práce je zakončena prezentací našeho řešení určenou výrobci.

The aim of this Thesis is to adjust the front headlight of a car during its assembly. We solve this task by minimizing the sum of distances between prescribed points. We derived and tested common and less common line-search and trust-region methods. We also place emphasis on testing solution and statistical processing. The Thesis is ended with a presentation of our solution intended for the manufacturer.
