Příprava a organizace sportovní akce

Abstract

Primárním cílem mé bakalářské práce byla podrobná analýza přípravy a organizace sportovní události Ku-Du Cup. V první části byly popsány různé aspekty managementu, jako jsou sportovní a projektový management. Praktická část byla zaměřena na konkrétní rozpočet akce a byla analyzována celková organizace sportovní akce. Závěrečná část obsahovala návrhy a doporučení, které byly založeny na výsledcích SWOT analýzy a dotazování účastníků.

The primary objective of my bachelor thesis was a detailed analysis of the preparation and organization of the Ku-Du Cup sporting event. In the first part, different aspects of management such as sport and project management were described. The practical part focused on the specific budget of the event and the overall organization of the sporting event was analyzed. The final part contained suggestions and recommendations based on the results of the SWOT analysis and the participant interviews.
