Dostupnost vybraných služeb sociální péče ve Zlínském kraji

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením dostupnosti domovů pro seniory. V teoretické části práce byl charakterizován systém sociální péče v České republice, sociální politika včetně jejích cílů, principů, funkcí a aktérů, sociální služby včetně problematiky jejich dostupnosti. Velká část práce je věnována socio-demografickým údajům, které vykreslují rostoucí nátlak na dostupnost domovů pro seniory. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit územní a kapacitní dostupnost domovů pro seniory ve Zlínském kraji během let 2012-2022. Toto období bylo zvoleno, aby byla data co nejaktuálnější, zároveň dostupná a pojala delší časový horizont. V souladu s cílem práce se tato práce dále zabývá vývojem počtu zařízení a lůžek ve srovnání s vývojem počtu seniorů, počtem pracovníků v přímé péči a geografickou polohou těchto zařízení.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the assessment of the availability of homes for the elderly. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the system of social care in the Czech Republic was characterized, social policy including its goals, principles, functions and actors, social services including the issue of their availability. Much of the work is devoted to socio-demographic data that expresses the increasing pressure on the availability of homes for the elderly. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the territorial and capacity availability of homes for the elderly in the Zlín region during the years 2012-2022. This period was chosen to make the data as up-to-date as possible, at the same time available and covering a longer time horizon. In accordance with the aim of the work, this work further deals with the development of the number of facilities and beds in comparison with the development of the number of seniors, the number of workers in direct care and the geographical location of these facilities.
