Analýza a zhodnocení metod a technik v managementu vybraného podniku

Abstract

Cílem v této bakalářské práci je posoudit styl provádění jednotlivých základních manažerských funkcí ve vybraném malém podniku, který se zabývá distributorstvím průmyslové chemie, spojovacího materiálu a kotevní techniky, a navrhnout možná nápravná opatření. V teoretické části jsou objasněny klíčové pojmy týkající se rozebírané problematiky, základní manažerské funkce a metody, které jsou využity pro hodnocení zkoumaného podniku. V další části je charakterizován vybraný podnik. V následujících kapitolách je provedena praktická část této práce, která obsahuje finanční analýzu pro posouzení finančního stavu podniku, 7 S analýzu pro posouzení vnitřního fungování podniku, Porterovu analýzu pro posouzení okolí podniku a SWOT analýzu pro celkové zhodnocení podniku. Zároveň jsou zde popsány způsoby provádění jednotlivých manažerských funkcí. V poslední kapitole jsou tyto metody zhodnoceny a jsou navržena možná opatření pro zlepšení fungování podniku. Po vyhodnocení výsledků výzkumu lze zhodnotit využívané manažerské techniky a metody kladně. Je však doporučeno zvážení využívání různých technik pro plánování, dále vzdělávání v oblasti delegování práce u manažerů a komunikačních dovedností u obchodních zástupců. Také je doporučeno zavedení průběžné kontroly pro vyšší efektivitu. Jedno z doporučení představuje zlepšení všech ukazatelů finanční analýzy prostřednictvím například zvýšení podílu vlastního kapitálu pro snížení zadluženosti podniku, zvýšení marží u nabízených produktů pro uspokojivější hodnoty ukazatelů rentability apod.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the style of execution of individual basic managerial functions in a selected small enterprise engaged in the distribution of industrial chemicals, fasteners and anchoring equipment and to suggest possible corrective measures. The theoretical part explains the key concepts related to the issue under discussion, the basic managerial functions and the methods used to evaluate the enterprise under study. In the next part, the selected enterprise is characterized. In the following chapters, the practical part of this thesis is carried out, which includes financial analysis to assess the financial status of the enterprise, 7 S analysis to assess the internal functioning of the enterprise, Porter's analysis to assess the environment of the enterprise and SWOT analysis for the overall evaluation of the enterprise. At the same time, the methods of performing each managerial function are described. In the last chapter, these methods are evaluated and possible measures for improving the functioning of the enterprise are suggested. After evaluating the research results, the management techniques and methods used can be evaluated positively. However, it is recommended to consider the use of different techniques for planning, as well as training in delegation of work for managers and communication skills for sales representatives. The introduction of continuous monitoring for greater efficiency is also recommended. One of the recommendations is to improve all the indicators of financial analysis by, for example, increasing the equity ratio to reduce the indebtedness of the company, increasing the margins on the products offered to obtain more satisfactory values for profitability indicators, etc.
