Podnikatelský plán založení firmy na výrobu střeliva

Abstract

Tato práce se zaměřuje na podnikatelský plán pro založení firmy na výrobu střeliva. Práce detailně popisuje a analyzuje vhodné metody výroby střeliva, přičemž jako optimální způsob bylo identifikováno přebíjení střeliva. Další část práce se zabývá popisem samotného procesu přebíjení střeliva a identifikací potřebných komponentů. Jedním z cílů práce je vymezení legislativních požadavků pro získání koncese na výrobu a prodej střeliva. Dále byly použity metody jako PEST analýza, marketingový mix, SWOT analýza a Porterova analýza, které poskytly důležité poznatky o vnějším a vnitřním prostředí podniku. Na základě provedeného výzkumu byly identifikovány příležitosti a rizika spojená s výrobou a prodejem střeliva. Mezi příležitosti patří například rostoucí poptávka po střelivu v souvislosti se zvyšujícím se zájmem o střelecké sporty či potřeba nových dodavatelů kvalitního přebíjeného střeliva na trhu. Naopak mezi rizika může patřit například změna materiálu a zákaz současných materiálů pro výrobu střeliva. V rámci finanční analýzy byly provedeny rozvaha, cash flow a výkaz zisku a ztrát. Dále byl vypracován kalkulační vzorec s výpočtem konečné ceny a stanovení nákladů nezbytných pro realizaci a provoz podniku. V závěrečné části práce jsou shrnuty klíčové kroky k realizaci podnikatelského plánu, které podrobně popisují proces založení podniku v tomto odvětví. Hlavním zjištěním této práce jsou podmínky a proces realizace podnikatelského plánu pro výrobu střeliva, které přinášejí důležité poznatky pro budoucí podnikatelskou činnost v tomto specifickém odvětví.

This thesis focuses on a business plan for establishing a company manufacturing ammunition. The thesis provides a detailed description and analysis of suitable methods for ammunition production, with reloading identified as the optimal approach. Another section of the thesis deals with the description of the reloading process itself and the identification of necessary components. One of the goals of the thesis is to delineate the legislative requirements for obtaining a license for ammunition production and sales. Additionally, methods such as PEST analysis, marketing mix, SWOT analysis, and Porter's analysis were employed, providing crucial insights into the external and internal environment of the business. Based on the conducted research, opportunities and risks associated with ammunition production and sales were identified. Opportunities include the increasing demand for ammunition due to growing interest in shooting sports and the need for new suppliers of quality reloaded ammunition on the market. Conversely, risks may include material changes and bans on current materials for ammunition production. Financial analysis included balance sheets, cash flow statements, and profit and loss statements. Furthermore, a calculation formula was developed to determine the final price and estimate the costs necessary for the establishment and operation of the business. The final part of the thesis summarizes the key steps for implementing the business plan, providing detailed descriptions of the process of establishing a company in this industry. The main findings of this thesis are the conditions and process for implementing the business plan for ammunition production, which offer valuable insights for future entrepreneurial activities in this specific field.
