Genderové rozdíly v podnikání v České republice

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce jsou genderové rozdíly v podnikání v České republice. Cílem práce je analýza genderových rozdílů v podnikání v ČR podle různých charakteristik a analýza bariér podnikání. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na tři částí, jedna část obsahuje rešerši teoretické a empirické literatury, která vymezuje základní pojmy, které s danou problematikou souvisí. Tato kapitola také obsahuje poznatky z několika dostupných empirických studií. V druhé části jsou vymezena použitá data a metodologie empirické analýzy. Konkrétně pro tuto analýzu byla použita deskriptivní analýza agregovaných a individuálních dat. Následně byla využita korelační analýza individuálních dat vybraných proměnných. V poslední části je provedena empirická analýza genderových rozdílů v podnikání v ČR.

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is gender differences in entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze gender differences in entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic according to various characteristics and to analyze barriers to entrepreneurship. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts, with one part containing a review of theoretical and empirical literature defining basic concepts related to the issue. This chapter also includes findings from several available empirical studies. The second part delineates the data used and the methodology of the empirical analysis. Specifically, descriptive analysis of aggregated and individual data was used for this analysis. Subsequently, correlation analysis of individual data of selected variables was employed. The final part comprises an empirical analysis of gender differences in entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic.
