Energetická bezpečnost České republiky v evropském a celosvětovém kontextu

Abstract

Diplomová práce analyzuje energetickou bezpečnost České republiky a vliv Evropské unie na její formování. Zaměřuje se na strategie a politiky, které Česká republika přijímá v souvislosti s diverzifikací svých energetických zdrojů a zajištěním stability dodávek energie. Dále se zabývá rolemi a vlivem EU na tuto problematiku, převážně s ohledem na strategie vydávané od roku 2019. Analýza je založena na současném stavu české energetické politiky a identifikuje klíčové trendy a výzvy, kterým země čelí v oblasti energetiky v rámci evropského kontextu. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první obsahové části, tj. druhé kapitoly jsou nastíněna teoretická východiska energetické bezpečnosti a modely využité pro zhodnocení energetické bezpečnosti České republiky. Druhá obsahová část, tj. třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na analýzu energetického mixu ve světě, Evropě a v České republice. Tato analýza je doplněna historickým kontextem rozvoje společné energetické politiky a energetické oblasti v Česku. Ve třetí obsahové části, tj. čtvrté kapitole je zhodnocena energetická bezpečnost České republiky s ohledem na použité modely. Dále je provedena komparace strategií Evropské unie z pohledu energetiky a analýza současného a možného budoucího vývoje energetiky v České republice.

This thesis analyses the Czech Republic's energy security and the European Union's influence on its formation. It focuses on the strategies and policies adopted by the Czech Republic concerning diversifying its energy sources and ensuring the stability of its energy supply. It also examines the role and influence of the EU on this issue, mainly about strategies issued from 2019 onwards. The analysis is based on the current state of Czech energy policy and identifies the key trends and challenges the country faces in the energy sector within the European context. The work is divided into three parts. The first content part, i.e. the second chapter, outlines the theoretical background of energy security and the models used to assess the Czech Republic's energy security. The second content part, i.e., the third chapter, focuses on analysing the energy mix in the world, including Europe and the Czech Republic. The historical context of the development of the common energy policy and the energy sector in the Czech Republic complements this analysis. The third content part, i.e. the fourth chapter, assesses the energy security of the Czech Republic and the models used. Furthermore, a comparison of the European Union strategies in terms of energy and an analysis of the current and possible future development of the energy sector in the Czech Republic is made.
