Státy západního Balkánu na cestě do Evropské unie

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku procesu jednání zemí západního Balkánu o přistoupení do Evropské unie. První část je věnována specifickému historickému vývoji na celém území západního Balkánu až po popis současného stavu. Druhá část je zaměřena na přístupové procesy, které musí splnit každý stát usilující o vstup do Evropské unie a rovněž popisuje postupný proces rozšiřování Evropské unie. Třetí část představuje analýzu postupu u států západního Balkánu, která identifikuje výzvy pro jednotlivé státy a poukazuje na průběh reformních kroků, jež jsou stěžejní pro vstup do Evropské unie. Ačkoliv jsou přístupové rozhovory analyzovaných zemí v rozdílných fázích, další pokrok je úzce spjat právě s reformami a jejich schvalovacími procesy v jednotlivých národních parlamentech.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the negotiation processes of the Western Balkan countries for accession to the European Union. The first part is devoted to the specific historical developments in the Western Balkans up to the current state. The second part focuses on the accession processes which have to be fulfilled by each state seeking to join the European Union and also describes the gradual process of enlargement of the European Union. The third part presents an analysis of the progress for the Western Balkan countries, identifying the challenges for each country and highlighting the development of the reform steps that are central to joining the European Union. Although the accession talks of the countries analysed are at different stages, further progress is closely linked to the reforms and their approval processes in the respective national parliaments.
