Posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je posouzení současné týmové spolupráce ve vybrané společnosti a na základě získaných výstupů předložit společnosti návrhy a doporučení, jak týmovou spolupráci zefektivnit. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je věnována metodice a metodám, které byly použity v rámci zpracování diplomové práce. Dále jsou vymezeny pojmy řízení lidských zdrojů, rozdíly mezi týmem a skupinou, představeny formy týmu, sestavení týmu a jeho efektivita. A v poslední řadě je představena samotná týmová spolupráce, techniky týmové spolupráce, teambuilding a porady. V praktické části je představena vybraná společnost, na kterou je poté zhotovena analýza současné týmové spolupráce. Na základě získaných výstupů jsou společnosti předloženy návrhy a doporučení.

The topic of this master's thesis is the assessment of the level of teamwork in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current teamwork in the chosen company and, based on the findings, to propose suggestions and recommendations to enhance teamwork. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is dedicated to the methodology and methods used in the processing of the thesis. The next chapter presents concepts of human resource management, differences between a team and a group, types of teams, team composition, and effectiveness are defined. Lastly, teamwork itself, teamwork techniques, teambuilding, and meetings are introduced. The practical part presents the selected company, followed by an analysis of the current teamwork. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, suggestions and recommendations are made.
