Vyhodnocení spokojenosti občanů městského obvodu Slezská Ostrava statutárního města Ostravy s možnostmi sportovního vyžití

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení spokojenosti občanů městského obvodu Slezská Ostrava statutárního města Ostravy s možnostmi sportovního vyžití. Městský obvod Slezská Ostrava jsem si zvolil z toho důvodu, že zde poslední roky trávím většinu svého volného času. Téma jsem si vybral na základě toho, že sám jsem aktivní sportovec a velmi často navštěvuji nějaké sportoviště a zajímalo mě, jaký názor mají občané městského obvodu Slezské Ostravy na toto téma. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vyhodnotit spokojenost občanů městského obvodu Slezské Ostravy statutárního města Ostravy s možnostmi sportovního vyžití. K dosažení tohoto cíle proběhl rozhovor se starostou městského obvodu Slezské Ostravy a také dotazníkové šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo 61 respondentů. Posledním krokem bylo vyhotovení SWOT analýzy. Teoretická část se skládá z popisů a definice několika pojmů, které mají souvislost se sportem, managementem a marketingem. Popsány byly také jednotlivé metody a techniky, které sloužily ke konečnému vyhodnocení. V praktické části je popsán obvod Slezské Ostravy, sportovní zařízení a sportovní kluby, které se v tomto obvodu nachází. Součástí praktické části je dotazníkové šetření, rozhovor a dále SWOT analýza. Na výsledky provedených šetření navazuje část s možnými návrhy a doporučeními. Z výsledků dotazníkového šetření u otázky ohledně možností sportovního vyžití v městském obvodu Slezské Ostravy vzešly opravdu vyrovnané odpovědi, kdy jen o pár hlasů byla největší část respondentů spíše spokojena. Druhý největší počet respondentů zvolilo přesný opak. Další velká část dotázaných zvolila odpověď na tuto otázku neumím posoudit. I to ale značí, že možnosti sportovního vyžití v městském obvodu nejsou ideální. Na základě stanovených výsledků z dotazníkového šetření, rozhovoru a SWOT analýzy vzešlo, že většina občanů městského obvodu Slezské Ostravy statutárního města Ostravy je spíše spokojeno, ale pořád je velký počet takových, kteří s tímto tvrzením nesouhlasí.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is evaluation of citizen’s satisfaction with the sports facilities in the Slezská Ostrava district of the statutory city of Ostrava. I chose the city district of Slezská Ostrava for the reason that I have been spending most of my free time here in recent years. I chose the topic based on the fact that I myself am an active athlete and very often visit a sports venue, and I was interested in what opinion the citizens of the Slezská Ostrava district have on this topic. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to evaluate the satisfaction of the citizens of the municipal district of Slezská Ostrava of the statutory city of Ostrava with the possibilities of sports activities. To achieve this goal, an interview was held with the mayor of the Slezská Ostrava district, as well as a questionnaire survey in which 61 respondents took part. The last step was the preparation of a SWOT analysis. The theoretical part consists of descriptions and definitions of several concepts related to sports, management and marketing. The individual methods and techniques used for the final evaluation were also described. The practical part describes the district of Slezská Ostrava, sports facilities and sports clubs located in this district. Part of the practical part is a questionnaire survey, an interview and a SWOT analysis. The results of the investigations are followed by a section with possible suggestions and recommendations. From the results of the questionnaire survey, the answers to the question regarding the possibilities of sporting activities in the Slezská Ostrava district were really balanced, with only a few votes the majority of respondents were rather satisfied. The second largest number of respondents chose the exact opposite. Another large part of the respondents chose the answer to this question I cannot judge. But this also means that the possibilities for sports in the city district are not ideal. Based on the established results of the questionnaire survey, interview and SWOT analysis, it emerged that the majority of citizens of the municipal district of Slezská Ostrava of the statutory city of Ostrava are rather satisfied, but there are still a large number of those who do not agree with this statement.
