Příprava a organizace turnaje v ženském fotbale

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zorganizováním fotbalového turnaje žen a juniorek. Cílem práce je popsat organizaci, řízení, průběh turnaje a také propagace ženského fotbalu. Teoretická část zahrnuje základní pojmy v přípravě a pořádání turnaje, jako jsou například sportovní management, marketing, marketingový mix, projekt, sportovní akce atd. a popisuje metody výzkumu. Praktická část je založená na rozhovoru a vypracovaných metodách výzkumu, ze kterých jsme ve shrnutí a závěru navrhli doporučení a řešení nedostatků.

The bachelor thesis deals with the organization of a women's and junior women's football tournament. The aim of the thesis is to describe the organization, management, course of the tournament and also the promotion of women's football. The theoretical part covers the basic concepts in the preparation and organization of the tournament, such as sports management, marketing, marketing mix, project, sport events, etc. and describes the research methods. The practical part is based on the interview and the developed research methods, from which we proposed recommendations and solutions to the shortcomings in the summary and conclusion.
