Plánování a organizace sportovní akce pro děti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zefektivnění procesu plánování a realizace fotbalového miniturnaje pro děti. Jejím cílem je také získat hlubší vhled do problematiky pomocí kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu a na základě poznatků identifikovat rizikové oblasti miniturnaje. Pomocí získaných a zpracovaných dat je identifikováno 5 rizikových oblastí, které jsou v závěrečné kapitole blíže rozpracovány. Závěr práce obsahuje návrh postupů a doporučení pro vylepšení budoucího fotbalového miniturnaje.

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on streamlining the process of planning and implementing a football mini-tournament for children. It also aims to gain deeper insight into the issue through qualitative and quantitative research and to identify risk areas of the mini-tournament based on the findings. Using the data collected and processed, five risk areas are identified and are further elaborated in the final chapter. The thesis concludes by proposing procedures and recommendations for the improvement of future football mini-tournaments.
