Rizika při realizaci mezinárodních obchodních transakcí a jejich minimalizace za použití pojistných produktů

Abstract

S prováděním mezinárodních obchodních transakcí je spojena vyšší míra rizika ve srovnání s domácími transakcemi. V rámci dizertační práce tak je zkoumána problematika rizik, která se vyskytují při realizaci mezinárodního obchodu a mezinárodních transakcí, a jak lze těmto rizikům předcházet nebo je snižovat, zejména prostřednictvím pojištění. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována konkrétním druhům pojištění v mezinárodním obchodě a pojišťovnám, které tyto produkty nabízejí na českém trhu. Předmětem doktorské dizertační práce je zkoumání jednotlivých rizik, která mohou vzniknout v mezinárodním obchodě. Zabývá se jejich charakteristikou, definicí, hodnocením a možnostmi minimalizace, ať už prostřednictvím pojištění se státní podporou nebo běžného komerčního pojištění.

Cílem doktorské dizertační práce je na příkladu transakce mezinárodního vývozu investičních celků velkého objemu vyhodnotit modely realizace obchodní transakce a vyhodnocení rizik pomocí komerčního a nekomerčního pojištění. Pro splnění hlavního cíle byly stanoveny tři dílčí cíle, u kterých byly definovány jednotlivé hypotézy a výzkumné otázky. Prvním dílčím cílem je komplexní definování rizik v mezinárodním obchodě z pohledu českého exportéra a stanovení metod, které jsou vhodné pro jejich identifikaci. Druhým dílčím cílem je vyhodnotit rizika z pohledu pojištění. Třetím dílčím cílem je na základě modelového příkladu mezinárodní obchodní transakce vyhodnotit a ověřit možnosti minimalizace rizik, se kterými se může exportér setkat u zemí s různým koeficientem rizikovosti a s různými možnostmi komerčního a nekomerčního pojištění.

V práci je pozornost věnována rizikům, která mohou nastat při realizaci mezinárodních obchodních transakcí, a je nastíněno, jak se těmto rizikům dá předcházet. Modelový příklad je sestaven tak, aby byl zjistitelný rozdíl v možnostech pojištění při exportu do různě rizikových zemí. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na oblast pojištění a využívání tzv. soft law. V praxi se totiž soft law uplatňuje v mnoha oblastech mezinárodního obchodu. Zaměřeno je na konkrétní druhy pojištění v mezinárodním obchodě a pojišťovny, které tyto produkty na českém trhu nabízejí.

There is a higher degree of risk associated with conducting international business transactions compared to domestic transactions. As part of the doctoral thesis, the issue of risks that occur in the implementation of international trade and international transactions is investigated, and how these risks can be prevented or reduced, especially through insurance. Special attention is paid to specific types of insurance in international trade and insurance companies that offer these products on the Czech market. The subject of the doctoral thesis is the investigation of individual risks that may arise in international trade. It deals with their characteristics, definition, evaluation and minimization possibilities, either through state-supported insurance or regular commercial insurance.

The aim of the doctoral thesis is to evaluate the models of the realization of a business transaction and the evaluation of risks using commercial and non-commercial insurance, using the example of the transaction of international export of large investment units. To fulfil the main goal, three sub-goals were set, for which individual hypotheses and research questions were defined. The first sub-goal is the comprehensive definition of risks in international trade from the point of view of the Czech exporter and the determination of methods that are suitable for their identification. The second sub-goal is to evaluate the risks from an insurance point of view. The third sub-goal is to evaluate and verify the possibilities of minimizing the risks that the exporter may encounter in countries with different risk coefficients and with different commercial and non-commercial insurance options based on a model example of an international business transaction.

In the doctoral thesis, attention is paid to the risks that may occur during the implementation of international business transactions and it is outlined how these risks can be prevented. The model example is compiled in such a way that there is a detectable difference in insurance options when exporting to countries with different risks. Special emphasis is placed on the area of insurance and the use of so-called soft law. In practice, soft law is applied in many areas of international trade. It is focused on specific types of insurance in international trade and insurance companies that offer these products on the Czech market.
