Zhodnocení účelnosti investičních výdajů města Vratimov

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na investiční výdaje realizované městem Vratimov. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s veřejnou správou až po obec a její charakteristiku. Praktická část obsahuje metodologii a vyhodnocení zjištěných poznatků ze zkoumání. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit investiční výdaje města za období 2014-2023 v kontextu strategických plánů a hodnocení občanů města Vratimov. K dosažení cíle byly využity metody v podobě finanční a kvantitativní analýzy, kdy byl sledován vývoj výdajů města, včetně kapitálových výdajů, vývoj hodnoty dlouhodobého majetku a pomocí dotazníkového šetření byly analyzovány názory místních obyvatel na investiční aktivity města. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány výsledky zkoumání.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on investment expenditures carried out by the town of Vratimov. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part explains fundamental concepts related to public administration, gradually narrowing down to municipality and its characteristics. The practical part includes the methodology and evaluation of findings obtained from the research. The objective of the thesis was to assess the investment expenditures of the town over the period 2014–2023 in the context of strategic planning and citizens' evaluations of Vratimov. To achieve this goal, financial and quantitative analysis methods were employed, tracking the development of municipal expenditures, including capital expenditures, the evolution of long-term asset values, and analyzing local residents' opinions on municipal investment activities of the town. The final part of the thesis interprets the findings of the research.
