Zhodnocení příjmů rozpočtů vybraných statutárních měst

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje zhodnocení příjmové stránky vybraných statutárních měst České republiky v období 2019 až 2023. Vybranými statutárními městy jsou Havířov, Karviná, Frýdek-Místek a Opava. Teoretická část této práce popisuje rámec veřejné správy a hospodaření obcí v České republice, včetně vymezení příjmů rozpočtů podle tříd stanovených v rozpočtové skladbě. V praktické části je provedena analýza příjmů rozpočtů vybraných statutárních měst, která poukazuje na rozdíly v jejich příjmech a identifikuje faktory, které tyto rozdíly ovlivňují.

This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the revenue side of selected statutory cities in the Czech Republic during the period 2019 to 2023. The cities analyzed include Havířov, Karviná, Frýdek-Místek, and Opava.The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the framework of public administration and municipal budgeting in the Czech Republic, including the classification of budget revenues according to the categories defined in the budget structure. The practical part presents an analysis of the budget revenues of the selected statutory cities, highlighting differences in their revenue levels and identifying the factors that influence these disparities.
