Založení rodinného podniku

Abstract

Nápad je základem podnikání. Aby však z pouhého nápadu mohl vzniknout udržitelný a konkurenceschopný podnik, je nejprve potřeba si důkladně zpracovat podnikatelský plán. Tato diplomová práce si proto klade za cíl vytvořit podnikatelský plán a zhodnotit případná rizika podnikání v oblasti volnočasových aktivit pro děti a mládež, která by mohla nastat. V první části práce budou vymezeny specifika rodinného podnikání v České republice a položeny teoretické základy jednotlivých kroků, kterými je nutné projít při založení obchodní společnosti a sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část prostřednictvím analytických metod zkoumá prostředí zaváděného podniku. Na základě takto zjištěných informací bude sestaven podnikatelský plán, a to včetně marketingového mixu, finančního plánování a analýzy rizik. Závěrem je zhodnocen potenciál úspěšného zavedení podniku a uděleno několik doporučení pro podnikatele chystající se na vstup do tohoto odvětví.

An idea is the foundation of a business. However, in order for a mere idea to evolve into a sustainable and competitive business, it is first necessary to thoroughly develop a business plan. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is to create a business plan and assess potential business risks in the field of leisure activities for children and youth. The first part of the thesis defines the specifics of family business in the Czech Republic and lays out the theoretical foundations of the individual steps required for establishing a commercial company and creating a business plan. The practical part uses analytical methods to examine the environment of the proposed business. Based on the information obtained, a business plan will be developed, including a marketing mix, financial planning, and risk analysis. Finally, the potential for successfully launching the business is evaluated, along with several recommendations for entrepreneurs planning to enter this sector.
