Vyhodnocení a analýza systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich význam a vliv na motivaci a spokojenost pracovníků ve vybrané obchodní společnosti. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím analýzy benefitního systému ve společnosti XY, s. r. o. posoudit účinnost poskytovaných výhod a na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, členění benefitů a jejich právní, účetní a daňové souvislosti. Praktická část se prvně soustředí na aktuální nabídku zaměstnaneckých benefitů a poté pomocí dotazníku na vyhodnocení preferencí zaměstnanců s důrazem na rozdíly mezi věkovými skupinami a identifikaci benefitů, které by mohly přispět k vyšší pracovní spokojenosti.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of employee benefits, their significance, and their impact on the motivation and satisfaction of employees in a selected business company. The aim of the thesis is to assess the effectiveness of the benefits provided in the company XY, Ltd through an analysis of its benefit system, and to propose recommendations for improvement based on the results of a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part describes key concepts, types of benefits, and their legal, accounting, and tax aspects. The practical part first focuses on the current offer of employee benefits and then, through a questionnaire, evaluates employee preferences with an emphasis on differences between age groups and identifies benefits that could contribute to greater job satisfaction.
