Zaměstnanecké benefity ve vybrané příspěvkové organizaci

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu zaměstnaneckých benefitů poskytovaných příspěvkovou organizací. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jaké benefity jsou zaměstnancům nabízeny, jaký mají dopad na jejich motivaci a spokojenost, a zda jsou efektivně řízeny z pohledu zaměstnavatele. Práce zahrnuje teoretickou část popisující obecné pojetí zaměstnaneckých výhod a jejich právní a účetní aspekty, a praktickou část, ve které je analyzována konkrétní příspěvková organizace. Výsledkem je návrh doporučení pro optimalizaci systému benefitů v organizaci.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of employee benefits provided by a contributory (non-profit public) organization. The aim is to evaluate the types of benefits offered to employees, their impact on motivation and satisfaction, and their effectiveness from the employer's perspective. The thesis includes a theoretical section describing the general concept of employee benefits and their legal and accounting aspects, and a practical section analyzing a specific contributory organization. The result is a set of recommendations for optimizing the benefit system in the organization.
