Zhodnocení manažerských stylů a jejich vliv na výkonost zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocení manažerských stylů a jejich vlivem na výkonnost zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům z oblasti managementu, osobnosti manažera, jeho funkcím a rolím, dále pak jednotlivým stylům vedení a jejich charakteristice. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu konkrétní společnosti, v níž byl realizován kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaký manažerský styl převládá ve zkoumané organizaci a jak je vnímán samotnými zaměstnanci. Závěr práce také obsahuje návrhy a doporučení pro vybranou společnost.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of management styles and their influence on employee performance in a selected company. The theoretical part is devoted to basic concepts in the field of management, the personality of a manager, his functions and roles, and then to individual leadership styles and their characteristics. The practical part is focused on the analysis of a specific company in which quantitative research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey. The aim of the research was to determine what management style prevails in the organization under study and how it is perceived by the employees themselves. The conclusion of the thesis also contains suggestions and recommendations for the selected company.
