Implementace umělé inteligence do vzdělávání na vysokých školách

Abstract

Umělá inteligence je technologií zasahující čím dál více do každodenního života, a to včetně oblasti vzdělávání. Některé univerzity a vysoké školy pocítily potřebu upravit tuto oblast a nastavit pravidla pro používání AI. Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jak vysoké školy přistoupily k implementaci pravidel o používání umělé inteligence, jaké oblasti upravují a v čem se pokyny jednotlivých vysokých škol od sebe liší. Dílčím cílem práce bylo objasnit postoje studentů a pedagogů k používání umělé inteligence ve výuce, studiu, v kvalifikačních pracích a akademické činnosti, zejména co se týče způsobu a intenzity používání, rizik AI a prohlubování znalostí o této problematice. V této práci jsem se nejprve věnovala vývoji a definování umělé inteligence. Následně jsem se zabývala přístupem vysokých škol k této nové technologii, a to detailně podle obsahu jednotlivých pokynů a vzájemných odlišností. Zaměřila jsem se na postoje pedagogů k využívání AI ve výuce a akademické činnosti, jejich zájem o rozšiřování znalostí a názory na podobu vzdělávání. V práci též zjišťuji, jak moc studenti používají umělou inteligenci ke studiu a jakými způsoby ji využívají. Dále jejich vztah k etickým a morálním aspektům AI a zájem studentů o vzdělávání v oblasti AI. Závěr práce věnuji celkovému zhodnocení implementace umělé inteligence na vysokých školách. Taktéž zde navrhuji doporučení a změny, které by mohly být aplikovány do praxe a zefektivnit celý systém moderního vzdělávání.

Artificial intelligence is a technology that is increasingly reaching into everyday life, including in the field of education. Some universities and colleges have felt the need to regulate this area and set rules for the use of AI. The aim of my thesis was to find out how colleges have approached the implementation of rules on the use of AI, what areas they regulate, and how the guidelines differ from one college to another. A sub-objective of the thesis was to clarify students' and educators' attitudes towards the use of AI in teaching, studying, qualification papers, and academic activities, particularly in terms of the manner and intensity of use, the risks of AI, and the deepening of knowledge on the subject. In this thesis, I first discuss the development and definition of AI. Subsequently, I examined the approach of universities to this new technology, detailing the content of each guideline and the differences between them. I focused on educators' attitudes towards the use of AI in teaching and academic activities, their interest in knowledge enhancement, and their views on the shape of education. In this thesis, I also find out how much students use AI for learning and in what ways they use it. Furthermore, their attitude towards ethical and moral aspects of AI and students' interest in AI education. I conclude the thesis with an overall assessment of the implementation of AI in higher education. I also suggest recommendations and changes that could be applied in practice to make the whole system of modern education more efficient.
