Analýza dopadů migrace ve vybraných evropských zemích

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní analýzou dopadů migrace ve Francii, Německu a Spojeném království. Nejprve mapuje historický vývoj migrace v Evropě a vývoj legislativního rámce v rámci EU, včetně Schengenské dohody a Dublinského nařízení. Práce následně analyzuje migrační politiky a trendy v jednotlivých zemích a detailně hodnotí sociální, bezpečnostní a politické dopady migrace, včetně otázek nelegální migrace a kriminality migrantů. Závěrem jsou diskutovány alternativní přístupy k řízení přístupu migrantů k veřejným službám. Výzkum vychází z kombinace deskriptivní, komparativní a analytické metody a pracuje s daty z oficiálních statistik a odborných studií. Na základě empirických poznatků je v práci ověřována hypotéza o souvislosti mezi nelegální migrací, zátěží veřejných rozpočtů a sociální koheze.

This thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the impacts of migration in France, Germany, and the United Kingdom. It first outlines the historical development of migration in Europe and the evolution of the legislative framework within the EU, including the Schengen Agreement and the Dublin Regulation. The thesis then examines migration policies and trends in each country and evaluates the social, security, and political impacts of migration in detail, including issues related to illegal migration and migrant crime. Finally, it discusses alternative approaches to managing migrants' access to public services. The research combines descriptive, comparative, and analytical methods and uses data from official statistics and scholarly studies. Based on empirical findings, the thesis tests the hypothesis that higher rates of illegal migration and poorly coordinated integration policies are associated with greater pressure on public budgets and lower social cohesion.
