Organizace a řízení soutěže ve vzpírání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přípravu soutěže ve vzpírání a její organizaci. Pro tuto studii byla zvolena soutěž Mezinárodní Velká cena Horní Suché s cílem analyzovat a zhodnotit klíčové části přípravy, průběhu a závěrečného vyhodnocení samotné soutěže. Práce obsahuje teorii popisující vzpírání, sportovní management, marketing a financování. Dále obsahuje praktickou část zaměřenou na plánování soutěže, její konkrétní organizační postup a doplnění o výzkumnou část práce včetně rozhovoru, dotazníků a SWOT analýzy. Dosažené výsledky práce poukazují na to, že kvalitní zázemí, podpora obce a efektivní komunikace mezi organizátory, partnery a účastníky soutěže jsou klíčovými prvky pro úspěšné pořádání takovéto sportovní akce. Zároveň byly v práci identifikovány slabé stránky, zejména závislost na financování soutěže z externích zdrojů a problematika v počtu dobrovolníků a účastníků. Na základě těchto slabin byla navržena doporučení pro budoucí zlepšení, včetně úpravy pravidel soutěže, rozšíření okruhu sponzorů a partnerů nebo zvýšení atraktivity soutěže.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the preparation of the weightlifting competition and its organization. For this study, the International Grand Prix of Horní Suchá competition was chosen in order to analyze and evaluate the key parts of the preparation, the process and the final evaluation of the competition itself. The thesis includes theory describing weightlifting, sports management, marketing and financing. It also includes a practical part focusing on the planning of the competition, its specific organizational procedure and complemented by the research part of the work including interviews, questionnaires and SWOT analysis. The results of the thesis indicate that quality facilities, community support and effective communication between organisers, partners and participants of the competition are key elements for the successful organisation of such a sporting event. The work also identified weaknesses, in particular the dependence on external funding for the competition and issues in the numbers of volunteers and participants. Based on these weaknesses, recommendations for future improvements were proposed, including modifying the rules of the competition, expanding the range of sponsors and partners, or increasing the attractiveness of the competition.
