Určení krizové zranitelnosti rodinného podniku a vypracování krizového scénáře

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na určení krizové zranitelnosti rodinného podniku a vypracování krizového scénáře. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První je část teoretická, kde jsou vysvětleny teoretické pojmy nutné k pochopení tématu. Druhá část je praktická. V praktické části je představena charakteristika zkoumaného podniku. Dále jsou pro tento podnik sestaveny krizové scénáře jako výstup identifikace potenciální krizové zranitelnosti podniku. Následně jsou vytvořeny návrhy na snížení dopadu potenciální krize.

The thesis is focused on determining the crisis vulnerability of the family business and developing a crisis scenario. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first is the theoretical part, where the theoretical concepts necessary for understanding the topic are explained. The second part is practical. The practical part presents the characteristics of the company under study. Furthermore, crisis scenarios are compiled for this company as an output of identifying the company's potential crisis vulnerability. Subsequently, proposals are created to reduce the impact of a potential crisis.
