Aplikace strategické analýzy a návrh strategie ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem aplikace strategické analýzy a návrhu strategie v podniku Data Daemon, s.r.o. Cílem práce je zhodnotit vybranou společnost pomocí strategické analýzy a na základě provedených analýz navrhnout strategii a doporučení. Práce byla rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. První část je zaměřena na definování hlavních pojmů a metod využívaných v oblasti strategického řízení a strategické analýzy. V praktické části práce jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na vybranou společnost. Na základě provedených analýz jsou identifikovány silné, slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. K analýze vnějšího prostředí je využita PEST analýza a Porterův model pěti sil. Pro analýzu vnitřního prostředí je použita finanční analýza a McKinseyho model 7S. Zjištěné výsledky jsou shrnuty pomocí SWOT analýzy. Na základě závěrů SWOT analýzy jsou vytvořeny návrhy a doporučení pro podnik.

The Diploma thesis deals with the topic of application of strategic analysis and strategy design in the company Data Daemon, s.r.o. The goal of the work is to evaluate the selected company using strategic analysis and to propose a strategy and recommendations based on the performed analyses. The thesis has been divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part is focused on defining the main concepts and methods used in the field of strategic management and strategical analysis. In the practical part of the thesis, the theoretical knowledge is applied to the selected company. On the base of analyses there are identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. For analysis of an external environment the PEST analysis and the Porter´s five forces model are used, for an internal environment the analysis of finicial analysis and McKinsey's 7S model is used. The results are summarized in the SWOT analysis. Based on the conclusions of the SWOT analysis suggestions and recommendations are defined.
