| dc.description.abstract | The paper summarizes results of a brief survey made in the spring 2004 among academic employees of the VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava. The aim of survey was to learn more about a level of university teachers' satisfaction with their job conditions, involvement in research activities and about their opinions and suggestions regarding possible improvements of R&D environment at the university. The survey has been processed as a part of author's doctoral thesis on Financing of R&D activities in the Czech Republic. | |
