Nežádoucí situace na palubě letounu v důsledku nadměrné zátěže pilotů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá jednou z oblastí aplikace lidského činitele v letecké dopravě. V úvodu uvádím definici a základní modely lidského činitele, které slouží k pochopení dané problematiky. V dalším textu popisuji vliv stresu a únavy jako hlavních příčin chybování členů letových posádek, které vedou k nežádoucím situacím na palubě letounu. Zabývám se pojmy jako stresor, arousal a výkonnost, typy osobnosti, formy napětí za letu, atd. Ve stěžejní části diplomové práce uvádím příklad zátěžového testu, ke kterému posloužil letecký simulátor na naší katedře a jeho vyhodnocení. Součástí diplomové práce je i studie účinnosti leteckého výcviku provedená formou dotazníků.

This diploma thesis deals with that sphere of air transport, where human factors are applied. In the introductory part I state the essential definition and elementary models of the human factors, which serve for a proper understanding of the given questions. In the following chapters there is a description of stress and fatigue factors, which are considered to be the main causes of errancy among the aircrews and they can lead to unwanted situations on board. I deal with notions such as the stressor, arousal and efficiency, personality characteristics and types, forms of stress in flight etc. In the main part of my thesis I describe the exercise test, which was performed on the flight simulator placed on our Department, and evaluation of this test outputs. In another part of my diploma thesis there is a study on the air training efficiency. This study was based upon questionnaires.
