Hodnocení finanční výkonnosti stavební firmy

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti společnosti Metrostav, a. s. za období 2005 až 2007. Diplomová práce je rozčleněna do tří kapitol. První část je zaměřena na teoreticko-metodologická východiska pro hodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku. V druhé kapitole je představena stavební společnost Metrostav, a. s. a také je zde provedeno zhodnocení pomocí metod finanční analýzy. Poslední část je věnována výpočtu ukazatele ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Nakonec je provedeno zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti.

The objective of my graduation thesis is financial performance evaluation of the building company Metrostav, a. s. behind period 2005 – 2007. The graduation´s thesis is divided into 3 parties. The introductory part of my thesis contains theoretical-methodology solutions of the evaluation of the financial performance. The second section is presented the building company Metrostav, a. s. and also here the evaluation is implemented by virtue of the traditional methods of financial analysis. The last part is devoted to assesment of the ratio of the economic value added. In the end is practised appreciation of the financial performance.
