Strategický záměr malé firmy

Abstract

Účelem tohoto strategického záměru je poskytnout východiska vedoucí ke zlepšení postavení firmy v konkurenčním prostředí a zvýšení jejího prodeje a zisků. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout strategická opatření, která by firmě pomohla k dosažení vytýčených cílů a implementovat je do firmy. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti strategického řízení malé firmy. Tato část je věnovaná malým a středním podnikům, strategickému řízení, jeho prvkům a principům a dále pak specifikaci metod užitých v praktické části diplomové práce, především analýzám okolí a vnitřních schopností firmy. Praktická část diplomové práce je rozdělena na analytickou a návrhovou část, jejíž součástí je i implementace strategických opatření. Pomocí výsledků strategických analýz jsou formulovány strategické závěry, které vedou k vymezení strategické problémové oblasti a následně k návrhu strategických opatření vedoucích k dosažení stanovených cílů. Tyto strategická opatření je nutné s ohledem na potřeby firmy implementovat a umožnit najít konkrétní přínosná východiska vedoucí k úspěšnému fungování firmy.

The purpose of this strategic concept is to provide starting points to improve the position of the business in a competitive environment and increase its sales and profits. The aim of dissertation is to propose strategic measures that would help firm to achieve the desired objectives and implement them in business. In the theoretical part of dissertation are defined basic concepts from the strategic management of small business. This part is devoted to small and medium sized enterprises, strategic management, its elements and principles and the specification of the methods used in the practical part of dissertation, in particular analysis of the surroundings and the internal firm capabilities. Practical part of dissertation is divided on analysis and design part with the implementation of strategic measures. Using the results of strategic analysis are formulated strategic conclusions that lead to the definition of strategic issues and then to the draft strategic action to achieve the goals. These strategic measures should be implemented with regard to the needs of business and allowed to find specific useful basis for a successful operation of the business.
