a benchmarking na vybraných městských úřadech. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza vybraných činností a správy městských úřadů v Hranicích, Jablunkově a Konici a analýza sebehodnocení dle metody CAF a benchmarkingu na těchto úřadech. První kapitola se zabývá vývojem a významem územní samosprávy, druhá kapitola činností a správou městských úřadů. Třetí kapitola se zabývá analýzou metod CAF a benchmarking na městských úřadech a poslední, čtvrtá, se zabývá zhodnocením činnosti městských úřadů. | cs |

and benchmarking in selected municipalities. The aim of thesis is an analysis of selected activities and the management of municipalities in Hranice, Konice and Jablunkov and self-analysis according to the method of CAF and the benchmarking of these municipalities. The first chapter deals with the development and importance of local authorities, the second chapter drala with activities and administration of municipalities.
