Porovnání zdrojů financování dlouhodobého majetku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „Porovnání zdrojů financování dlouhodobého majetku“ je popsat možnosti financovaní dlouhodobého majetku, v našem případě užitkového vozu Ford Transit. Druhá kapitola práce je zaměřena na teoretické zpracování forem financování, třetí kapitola se věnuje hodnocení leasingových nabídek pomocí zvolených čtyř metod, kterými jsou metoda diskontovaných výdajů, RPSN, úrokových sazeb a leasingového koeficientu. Čtvrtá kapitola zahrnuje výběr nejlepší nabídky vybraných leasingových společností pomocí bodové metody.

The aim of bachelor thesis "Comparison of the financing resources of long-term assets" is to describe the possibilities for funding long-term assets, in our case utility vehicle Ford Transit. The second chapter of bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical treatment of forms of financing, the third chapter deals with the evaluation of tenders using the lease of four selected methods, which are discounted expenditure method, the APR, interest rates and the lease rate. The fourth chapter covers the selection of the best offers selected leasing companies using point methods.
