Souhrnné hodnocení finanční úrovně podniku

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je souhrnné hodnocení finanční úrovně podniku. Celá práce se skládá z pěti kapitol, první z nich je úvod, kde se dozvíme o cíli práce, kterým je posouzení finančního zdraví podniku Agroland, s.r.o. během pětiletého období. Druhá kapitola se zabývá podstatou finanční analýzy, jejím členěním, fázemi finanční analýzy a zvláště pak metodami, které se používají k jejímu výpočtu. Větší část kapitoly je věnována poměrové analýze. Třetí kapitola bakalářské práce se věnuje bankrotním a bonitním modelům, jejich výpočtům a následnému zhodnocení finančního zdraví. Zmíněna je i ekonomická přidaná hodnota, která je souhrnným ukazatelem výkonnosti podniku. Čtvrtá kapitola představuje praktickou část práce. Poznatky z předešlých kapitol jsou aplikovány na společnost Agroland, s.r.o., která je představena v úvodu této části. Pátá a tudíž i poslední kapitola je závěrem celé práce. Obsahuje celkové zhodnocení hospodaření během pěti let na základě provedených výpočtů.

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is The overall assessment of financial situation of a company. The whole work is composed of five chapters, the first of these is the introduction where we learn about the objectives of the thesis of assessing the financial health of company Agroland, Ltd. during the five-year period. The second chapter deals with the essence of financial analysis, the phases of financial analysis and especially the methods which are used to calculate it. The majority of the chapter is devoted to ratio analysis. The third chapter of bachelor thesis deals with prediction and diagnostic models, the calculations and subsequent assessment of financial soundness. Mentioned is the economic value added, which is an indicator of the overall performance of a company. The fourth chapter is a practical part of the thesis. Knowledge learned from previous chapters are applied to the company Agroland, Ltd., which is presented at the beginning of this section. The fifth and therefore the last chapter concludes the whole work. It contains an overall assessment of management over five years on the basis of the calculations.
