| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé práce bylo pomocí dotazníků získat data a informace jak jsou obyvatelé Petřvald spokojeni se službami, které jim město nabízí. Jednalo se např. o služby jako je doprava ve městě, služby vzdělávacích institucí, kulturní a sportovní vyžití, služby místní policie a lékařů atd. Získaná data jsem pak vyhodnotila a tím zjistila, s kterými službami obyvatelé příliš spokojeni nejsou. Následně jsem navrhla jistá doporučení na zlepšení těchto služeb. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the Bachelor thesis was to obtain data and information to ascertain how inhabitants of Petřvald are satisfied with services provided by the town. These services were traffic in the town, educational institutions services, cultural and sports facilities, the local police, medical care, etc. Written questioning served as a substantial source of information. I evaluated acquired data and found out which services are regarded as unsatisfactory. Subsequently, I proposed certain recommendations for improvement of these services. | en |
