Možnosti financování výstavby sportovního centra

Abstract

Cílem práce bylo analyzovat, vzájemně porovnat, vyhodnotit a následně doporučit určité finanční produkty nabízené na území České republiky vhodné k financování v takovémto rozsahu.

Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vysvětlení teoretických pojmů v oblasti financování. Zahrnuje význam pojmů jako jsou subjekty národního hospodářství, právní formy podnikání, finance, finanční řízení, finanční zdroje, financování podniků z vlastních a cizích zdrojů, aj.

V úvodu třetí kapitoly je podrobný popis sportovního centra, jehož výstavba má být financována. Následuje analýza a porovnávání bankovních úvěrů, hypoték, pronájmu (leasingu), úvěru ze stavebního spoření, státních dotací a subvencí ze Strukturálních fondů EU. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje zhodnocení zkoumaných produktů, vyhodnocení nejlepší varianty financování a jejich možné kombinace.

The aim was to analyze, to compare, evaluate and then recommend specific financial products offered in the Czech Republic to the appropriate financing of this magnitude.

The second chapter focuses on explaining the theoretical concepts in the field of finance. It includes the importance of concepts such as operators of the national economy, the legal forms of business finance, financial management, financial resources, corporate financing from equity and debt capital, etc.

At the beginning of the third chapter is a detailed description of a sports center, whose construction is to be funded. It´s followed by analysis and comparison of bank loans, mortgages, rent (lease), building savings loan, government grants and subsidies from the EU Structural Funds. The fourth chapter contains an assessment under investigation, evaluating the best financing alternatives and their possible combinations.
