Hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti

Abstract

Téma mé diplomové práce je hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti a jejím cílem je vyhodnocení informací týkajících se hospodaření společnosti v letech 2004 až 2008 a vypracování návrhů vhodných k zkvalitnění hospodaření tak, aby společnost byla konkurenceschopná a finančně zdravá. První část práce je věnována charakteristice vybraného podniku. Teoreticko-metodologická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu a podstaty finanční analýzy. Z těchto informací vychází praktická část, ve které k posouzení výkonnosti podniku byla využita finanční analýza a celkové hodnocení firmy bylo zjištěno pomocí souhrnných bonitních a bankrotních modelů. Na základě výsledků jsou nakonec navrženy cesty ke zlepšení finanční situace podniku.

The theme of my thesis is evaluation of company´s performance and its aim is to assess the information concerning the company from 2004 to 2008 and the preparing of draft to improve management so that the company was financially healthy and competitive. The first part is devoted to the characteristic of the chosen company. Theoretical-methodological part is concentrated on explaining the concept and nature of financial analysis. This information is based on the practical part in which to assess the performance of the company has used financial analysis and overall assessment of firm were found using aggregate solvency and bankruptcy models. Finally, ways of improving the financial situation of the enterprise are proposed on the basis of the results.
