Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zaměřit se na vypracování a konkretizaci podnikatelského plánu včetně provedení finanční analýzy pomocí poměrových ukazatelů a hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu pomocí vybrané vhodné metody. Během sestavování finanční části plánu bude posouzeno, zda je plán realizovatelný, konkurenceschopný a finančně výhodný. V diplomové práci jsou popsány teoretické možnosti financování projektu výstavby sportovní haly. Důležitou částí představuje popis jednotlivých poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V práci je charakterizována fiktivní firma Sport aréna Hlučín, nová sportovní hala a její prostředí. Pozornost je věnována rozboru podnikatelské příležitosti z pohledu marketingu a elementárnímu popisu poskytovaných služeb. Součástí je marketingový plán včetně analýzy SWOT. Hlavní část diplomové práce je věnována výpočtu vybraných poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy za 4 roky (2010 – 2013). V závěru je z dostupných finančních údajů vyhodnocena ekonomická efektivnost investice za 30 let životnosti projektu pomocí vybrané metody hodnocení investičních projektů.

The objective of this thesis is to focus on the development and concretization of the business plan including financial analysis using financial ratios and efficiency evaluation of investment project using appropriate methods. During the compilation of the financial plan will assess whether the plan is viable, competitive and financially advantageous. The thesis describes the theoretical possibility of financing the construction of sports hall. The important part is the description of the various financial ratios of the financial analysis. In the work is characterisation of a shell company Hlučín Sport Aréna, a new sports hall and its environment. Attention is paid to the analysis of business opportunities from the perspective of marketing and the description of elementary services. Another part of this work is marketing plan including SWOT analysis. Main part is dedicated to calculating selected financial ratios for financial analysis of 4 years (2010 to 2013). In conclusion is evaluated the economic efficiency of investment in 30-year life of the project using the selected method of evaluation of investment projects.
