Finanční analýza stavebního podniku

Abstract

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je finanční analýza stavební firmy pohybující se na Českém a Slovenském trhu a vliv hospodářské krize na její hospodaření. V první – teoretické části je popsán pojem finanční analýzy, nutné zdroje dat pro její vyhodnocení a možné metody. Dále jsou popsány analýzy absolutních, poměrových a rozdílových ukazatelů. Je také popsána analýza cash flow. Ve druhé části popisuji analyzovanou společnost, interní systém práce, obory podnikání a standarty řízení společnosti. Ve třetí – praktické části je provedena kompletní finanční analýza dané společnosti a vyhodnocení jednotlivých ukazatelů. Je také provedena analýza vývoje struktury provedených zakázek ve sledovaném období. Ve čtvrté části potom představuji možnosti využití výsledků provedené finanční analýzy pro zvýšení konkurence schopnosti podniku a vliv hospodářské krize na hospodaření podniku ve sledovaném období.

The aim of my diploma thesis is the financial analysis of the construction company working at the Czech and Slovak market, and the influence of the financial crisis to its business. In the first, theory part, is described the term "financial analysis", needed data sources for its evaluation and selection of methods. More further on, there are described analyses of absolute, relative and differential indicators. The cash-flow analysis is included as well. In the second part, I'm describing the analysed organization, internal working system, business domain and the leadership standards of the company. In the third, practical part, there is done the complete financial analysis of the chosen company and the evaluation of each specific indicator. I included also the analysis of the structure development of the performed orders during the observed period of time. In the fourth part, I introduce the options of the financial analysis' use to get higher added value and competitivness for the chosen company in the time of financial crisis during the selected period.
