Plnění strategického plánu města Nového Jičína v oblasti podnikatelského prostředí

Abstract

Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit stav a vývoj podnikatelského prostředí ve městě Nový Jičín prostřednictvím částečného zhodnocení plnění strategického plánu. Jejím cílem je také zjistit, zda postupně dochází k realizaci cílů a aktivit, které byly stanoveny v akčním plánu pro podnikatelské prostředí a současně zjistit názor podnikatelů na současnou situaci a jejich spokojenost s přístupem města a jeho podpory v oblasti podnikání. Práce vychází z provedeného průzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření u podnikatelských subjektů v Novém Jičíně a z provedeného interview se zaměstnancem Městského úřadu v Novém Jičíně. Diplomová práce se skládá z pěti kapitol, kde první kapitola představuje úvod k diplomové práci. Druhá kapitola představuje teoretická východiska regionálního rozvoje, regionální politiky, strategického řízení a plánování. Třetí kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou řešeného území a jeho strategického plánu. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na hodnocení stavu a vývoje podnikatelského prostředí ve městě prostřednictvím provedení průzkumu. Závěr práce nastiňuje možné návrhy na řešení problematiky.

The main aim of this work is to evaluate the status and development evaluation of the business sphere in Nový Jičín, through partial evaluation of strategic plan performance. The aim of this work is to determine whether there is a gradual realization of the objectives and activities, which were established in the Action Plan for the business environment. At the same time, the work deals with findings the opinion of entrepreneurs on the current situation and their satisfaction with the approach of the town and its support in the area of business. The work is carried out using survey questionnaires from businesses in Nový Jičín and from an interview with an employee of the municipality. The thesis is divided into five chapters, where the first chapter introduces the thesis. The second chapter presents the theoretical basis of regional development, regional policy, strategic management and planning. The third chapter deals with characteristics and strategic plan of the town Nový Jičín. The fourth chapter focuses on assessing the status and development of the business sphere in the town through the implementation of the survey. The conclusion describes the possible proposals to solve the problem.
