Faktory ovlivňující vstup zahraničního investora do České republiky

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit lokalizační faktory, které investory ovlivňují při lokalizaci velké investice do dané země a zhodnotit pozitivní a negativní účinky, které investice regionu a potažmo České Republice přináší. Teoretická část diplomové práce je rozdělena do dvou oblastí. První z nich se zaměřuje na popis pojmů z regionální politiky a teorie regionálního rozvoje. Druhá oblast se zabývá teorií lokalizace, historickým vývojem lokalizace a etapami, kterými od počátku existence tohoto pojmu procházela. Součástí teoretické kapitoly je také popis faktorů, které zahraniční investoři považují za méně či více důležité v rozhodování o umístění investice do dané země. Tyto faktory jsou následně v další části aplikovány na vybraného investora TPCA – Toyota Peugeot Citroen Automobile. Cílem třetí kapitoly je v prvé řadě zhodnocení autorky, do jaké míry byly jednotlivé lokalizační faktory pro analyzovaného investora důležité, když se rozhodl pro umístění automobilového závodu v České Republice. Poslední praktická část diplomové práce se věnuje vyhodnocení jak pozitivních, tak negativních účinků, které investice v průmyslové zóně Kolín-Ovčáry pro Českou Republiku, Středočeský kraj a Kolín má. Závěr práce se zaměřuje na doporučení, která na základě získaných poznatků, autorka považuje za důležitá, pro přilákání investorů do České Republiky.

The aim is to assess the localization theses factors that affect investors in the localization of large investments in the country and assess the positive and negative effects of investments the region and in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part theses is divided into two areas. The first focuses on the description of the concepts of regional policy and theory of regional development. The last day of theses is dedicated to evaluate both positive and negative effects of investments in the industrial zone of Cologne-IP lines for the Czech Republic, Central Bohemian region and Cologne. Conclusion of work focuses on recommendations on the basis of knowledge, the author considers important for attracting investors to the Czech Republic.
