| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo analyzování motivace zaměstnanců společnosti TAJMAC – ZPS, a.s. Snažil jsem se zjistit její pozitivní i negativní vlivy.
Ke zjištění těchto skutečností jsem použil dotazníkové šetření, které mi ukázalo míru spokojenosti zaměstnanců této společnosti. Po vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření jsem navrhl několik doporučení na zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců v této společnosti. | cs |
