Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení hodnoty podniku. Stanovení hodnoty podniku zahrnuje analýzu okolí, finanční analýzu, sestavení plánovaných výkazů a ocenění podniku.
Práce je rozdělena na pět částí. Úvod tvoří první část práce. Teoretická východiska pro vymezení stanovení hodnoty podniku jsou vymezena ve druhé části. Následuje aplikační část, jež se zabývá konkrétními analýzami a výpočty. Předposlední část je věnována návrhům a doporučením.
Práci završuje závěr, jenž stručně shrnuje náplň celé práce

The graduation thesis is focused on the determining the value of the enterprise. Determining the value of the enterprise includes analysis of surroundings, financial analysis, the composition of the planned statements and determining the value of the enterprise.
The graduation thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is made of introduction. Theoretic dates for determining the value of the enterprise are determined in the second chapter. It is followed by application part, which deal with analyses and calculations. The fourth chapter is devoted to suggestions and recommendations.
Last chapter - the conclusion - sums up contents of the whole graduation thesis and achieved results. | en |
