Abstract

Informační management MAGNETON a. s.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na informační management, zejména pak na zefektivnění personálního informačního systému a celopodnikového informačního systému DIAMAC ve spojení s nadstavbovými manažerskými informačními systémy. Úvodní část práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky zkoumaných problémů - informačním systémem a jeho strukturou, informačním managementem a bezpečností informačních systémů. Druhá část obsahuje charakteristiku společnosti MAGNETON a. s. V praktické části je popsán stávající personální informační systém a celopodnikový informační systém DIAMAC ve spojení s nadstavbovými manažerskými informačními systémy (užití metody popisné). Poslední část je věnována návrhům a doporučením na vypracování uceleného komplexního pohledu na inovaci informačního systému a návrhu na jeho úpravy pro řídící pracovníky společnosti MAGNETON a. s.

Information Management of MAGNETON Inc.

This thesis is intended on Information Management, mainly on streamlining of the personal information system and at all points of the company´s information system DIAMAC with connection of the superstructural executive information systems (EIS). The introductory part focuses on the theoretical solutions of the examined problems – information system and his structure, information management and security of information system. The second part contains characterization MAGNETON Inc. In the practical part is described the present personal system and at all points of the company´s information system DIAMAC with connection of the superstructural EIS (using of descriptive method). The last part is dedicated to suggestions and recommendations for the elaboration of the comprehensive view of the innovating information system and proposal for corrections to the executive directors MAGNETON Inc.
