Využití poradenství v realitní činnosti

Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo zjistit a analyzovat míru použití poradenství v reálně existujícím realitní společnosti, a na základě výsledků analýz navrhnout zlepšení. V kapitole druhé byly vysvětleny základní pojmy, provázející činnost realitních poradců. Následně byly popsány použité analytické metody. V analytické části v kapitole třetí byly příslušné praktické analýzy provedeny a včetně grafických prvků zpracovány a vyhodnoceny výsledky. V kapitole čtvrté pak byla předložena navržená řešení pro zlepšení profesionality poradců v oblasti obchodu s realitami a pro následné zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti celé společnosti. Dále byly navrženy legislativní změny pro narovnání podmínek podnikání v oblasti obchodu s nemovitostmi. Navrhovaná zlepčení budou prezentována výkonnému a obchodnímu řediteli společnosti REALSPEK, a.s., kteří spolu s managementem rozhodnou, zda výsledná navrhovaná řešení budou zavedena do praxe, či zda společnost zůstane u současného stavu

The objective of this thesis was to specify and analyse the extent of consultancy usage in a real estate agency and propose improvements based on the results of the analyses. In Chapter 2, the basic concepts corresponding to the activity of real estate agents are explained and the methods of analysis used in the research are described. In the analytical section in Chapter Three, the relevant practical analyses are carried out and the results are described, with graphic elements, and evaluated. In Chapter 4, solutions for the improvement of consultants' professionalism in the real estate industry and for improved competitiveness in the field, are submitted. Furthermore, legislative changes for adjusting the conditions in the real estate industry are proposed. The proposed improvements will be presented to the company REASPEK, a.s., which will then decide whether to implement the proposed solutions into practice or continue with the current procedures.
