Problematika investičních pobídek v České republice

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit ucelený dokument týkající se komplexně investičních pobídek teoreticky a vyhodnocení doposud udělených investičních příslibů z různých hledisek. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je vytvořena na základě zákonů a jiných právních předpisů, které se tímto tématem zabývají. Praktická část se zabývá doposud získanými investičními přísliby od roku 1998 do 2009. Z výsledků praktické části vyplývá, že investiční pobídky pomohly vytvořit mnoho nových pracovních míst a přivedly mnoho zahraničních investorů do České republiky.

In my thesis I tried to create a comprehensive document about investment incentives from the theoretical point of view as well as it evaluates the impact of granted covenants of investment.

This work is divided into 2 parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on legislation and other regulations which are concerned with investments incentives.

In the practical part of my thesis I evaluate an economic gain of covenants of investment granted between years 1998 and 2009. According to a conclusion which results from this part it is evident that investment incentives helped to create many job opportunities as well as they have atrracted plenty of investors to come to the Czech Republic.
