Cílem diplomové práce je racionalizace řízení společnosti PRESSKAN system, a.s. zabývající se technologií tlakové kanalizace.
V teoretické části diplomové práce je popsána charakteristika profilu společnosti a jsou zde uvedena teoretická a metodologická východiska strategie řízení. Dále je zde popsán způsob získávání informací o vnitřních procesech podniku.
Praktická část diplomové práce je rozdělena na část analytickou a návrhovou, která uvádí výsledky strategických analýz a analýzy potřebné k realizaci návrhu ve formě postupových diagramů. | cs |

The aim of this diploma thesis is to rationalize the management of PRESSKAN system, a.s. company dealing with the pressure sewerage technology.
The theoretical part is the description of the company profile and there are given theoretical and methodological issues of management strategies. Furthermore, there is described the method of obtaining information about internal enterprise processes.
Practical part is divided into analysis and design, which presents the results of strategic analysis and analysis required to implement the proposal into the form of flow charts. | en |
