Motivace zaměstnanců a zaměstnanecké benefity

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza motivace zaměstnanců a zaměstnaneckých výhod ve společnosti TES VSETÍN, a. s. První část práce se zaměřuje na teorii motivace a charakteristiku zaměstnaneckých výhod. Ve druhé části je představena společnost, její historie, současnost, strategie, zaměstnanci rozčlenění podle jednotlivých kritérií a poskytované zaměstnanecké benefity. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je zjišťována spokojenost zaměstnanců, jejich pracovní motivace a loajalita ke společnosti. V závěru poslední části jsou identifikovány přednosti a nedostatky motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the employees' motivation and employment advantages in the company TES VSETÍN, a. s. The first part of the thesis is concentrated on the theory of motivation and characterazation of employment advantages. In the sekond part there are introduced the company, its history, present life, strategy, the employees divided according to individual criteria and provided employment advantages. With the hepl of the questionnaire investigation the employees' satisfaction, thein working motivation and loyalty to the company are discovered. In conclusion of the first part the advantages and disadvantages of employees' motivation are identified in the company.
