Problematika managementu armádního sportu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice managementu armádního sportu. Rezortní sportovní centra, mezi něž patří i Armádní sportovní centrum DUKLA, mají ze zákona povinnost zabezpečovat přípravu státní sportovní reprezentace. Armádní sportovci mají lví podíl na historických, ale i aktuálních úspěších České sportovní reprezentace na mezinárodních sportovních akcích. Práce se skládá z šesti kapitol, které se zabývají systémem zabezpečení státní sportovní reprezentace, způsobem financování tohoto systému i organizační strukturou Armádního sportovního centra DUKLA. Autor se pokouší odhalit, způsob, jakým celá organizace funguje a zhodnotit efektivitu tohoto systému, přičemž základním měřítkem je výslednost sportovců na hrách olympiády.

This bachelor thesis deals with an issue of management in military sports. Departmental sports centers, including the Army Sports Centre DUKLA, are according to the law supposed to ensure the preparation of Czech sports teams. Army athletes have a significant share of success of Czech teams in international sports events as in the past as in these days. The work consists of six chapters, which deal with a system of security and support of national sports teams, with the way of funding of this system and with the structure of organization of the Army Sports Centre DUKLA. Author of this work tries to reveal how the whole organization works and to evaluate the efficiency of this system in comparison with achieved results of sportsmen at the Olympic Games.
