Využití metody řízení projektového cyklu pro účely zpracování projektového záměru

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je pečlivě zhodnotit, na základě zpracovaných analýz, zda je kostel sv. Josefa a Kapucínský klášter ve Fulneku atraktivní pro turisty a má vysokou návštěvnost či není dostatečně atraktivní a tudíž má nízkou návštěvnost. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá obecně o regionální politiku Evropské unie a její základní členění, o bližší seznámení s řízením projektového cyklu a rozebírá analytickou a plánovací část logického rámcového přístupu. V empirické části jsou zpracované analýzy zainteresovaných skupin, analýzy problému, cílu, strategie a matice logického rámce.

The aim of this thesis is to thoroughly evaluate whether the analyses taken show that the church of St. Joseph and the Capuchin monastery in Fulnek are attractive for tourists and therefore have a high attendance or are not sufficiently attractive for tourists and have therefore a low attendance. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the regional policy of the EU and its basic division, a closer introduction of the Project cycle management, and brings out the analytical and planning aspects of the logical framework approach. The analyses of the specific groups, the analyses of the problem, the aim, the strategy, and the matrix of the logical framework are set out in the empirical part.
