Finanční podpora sportovců zařazených v CISO

Abstract

V mé bakalářské práci s názvem „Finanční podpora sportovců zařazených v CISO“ se věnuji finanční problematice podpory talentované mládeže v Moravskoslezském kraji. Teoretická část shrnuje informace o organizaci sportu v České republice, způsobech získávání finančních prostředků sportovními organizacemi a také o metodách výzkumu. Tyto teoretické poznatky využívám v části praktické, kde uvádím všeobecné informace o občanském sdružení CISO a analyzuji způsoby získávání finančních prostředků a následnou podporu sportovců. Provádím zde také výzkum mezi sportovci a trenéry zařazenými v CISO, abych zjistila jejich celkovou spokojenost a abych se seznámila s problémovými oblastmi ve vzájemné spolupráci CISO – sportovci – trenéři. Na konci práce shrnuji výsledky šetření a navrhuji řešení problémových situací. V průběhu této práce jsem splnila cíl, který jsem si v úvodní kapitole stanovila.

In my work „The Financial Support of Sportsmen Placed in CISO" I deal with the issue of financial support for talented youth in the Moravia-Silesian Region. The theoretical part summarizes information on the organization of sport in the Czech Republic, ways of acquisition finance for sports organizations and summarizes information on methods of research. That theoretical knowledge I use in the practical part where I present general information about civic association CISO and I analyze ways of raising funds and subsequent support of athletes. I have also done a research amongst athletes and coaches registered in the CISO to see their total satisfaction and to meet the problem areas of mutual cooperation CISO - athletes - coaches. At the end of the thesis, I recapitulate results and suggest problem solving situations. During my bachelor thesis I met the objective that was set in the preliminary chapter.
