První kapitola popisuje a zavádí důležité definice a pojmy, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení dalších souvislostí. Následující kapitola popisuje služby hotelu, místo podnikání a konkurenční hotely. Poslední kapitolu tvoří
swot- analýza, a vyhodnocení dotazníku. V závěru kapitoly navrhuji
